- Analyze emerging tech/cultural shifts using AI-driven trend forecasting platforms
- Develop 3-year strategic roadmaps for product innovation in quantum computing & biotech
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive leadership teams
- Present trend reports to Fortune 500 partners and venture capital investors
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget for prototyping and R&D initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Expertise in AI trend analysis, predictive modeling, and scenario planning
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (3+ case studies)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed innovation journals (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Proficiency with trend visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and forecasting APIs
