Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for organizational decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-state visions and roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and whitepapers on disruptive forces shaping 2026+ landscapes
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing initiatives and innovation incubation
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex foresight insights into executable business strategies and product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation, or strategic foresight publications
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
