Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to map 5-10 year innovation horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state scenarios
- Produce high-impact trend reports and competitive disruption analyses
- Architect technology adoption roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development lifecycles
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into market-ready strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, neurotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
