Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based future roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision
- Produce foresight reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Anticipate disruptive threats and recommend mitigation strategies
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or tech innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in systems thinking, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Business Strategy, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience with strategic planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
