As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to identify paradigm shifts, assess technological disruptions, and develop forward-looking roadmaps. Your insights will shape product development, market positioning, and organizational resilience in an era of unprecedented change.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, economic, and geopolitical domains
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps incorporating exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Facilitate scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders
- Produce foresight reports and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Identify emerging business models and market opportunities for 2026+ landscape
- Champion innovation culture through internal thought leadership and external speaking engagements
- Oversee cross-functional implementation of strategic foresight initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic implementations of future insights
