Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts with 3-10 year impact
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating exponential change
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-ready organizational designs
- Author predictive white papers that influence industry discourse and policy development
- Build quantitative forecasting models incorporating climate risk, geopolitical volatility, and technological acceleration
- Mentor junior analysts in futures literacy and strategic foresight methodologies
- Represent the firm at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of delivering actionable foresight reports to C-suite audiences
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic recommendations
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CSF, WFS) preferred
- Experience working with global cross-cultural teams in distributed environments
