Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven experience developing 5+ year future-focused roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong background in commercializing innovative concepts
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
