Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and disruptive trends through 2030
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term corporate objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Establish quantitative and qualitative frameworks for trend impact assessment and scenario planning
- Drive organizational culture change through future-ready training and thought leadership initiatives
- Partner with product and engineering teams to incubate next-generation solutions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 10+ years experience in strategic innovation, technology forecasting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology assessment
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience briefing executive teams and boards
- Strong background in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation domains
- Experience driving organizational transformation through future-oriented strategies
