Responsibilities

- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate emerging technologies into core offerings
- Deliver executive briefings on future market disruptions and strategic implications
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders

- Champion organizational culture of innovation and future-readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology forecasting
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience briefing C-suite executives and boards
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Strong data analytics background with ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) or innovation methodologies required
