Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Lead scenario planning and trend analysis to anticipate technological shifts and consumer behaviors
- Architect blueprints for next-gen products integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Present strategic foresight to executive leadership and board members with data-driven narratives
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with agile methodologies and ROI-focused KPIs
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, industry keynotes, and patent filings
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven 2026+ tech foresight
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, neuro interfaces
- Portfolio of executed innovations with measurable market impact (>$50M revenue)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Track record of securing multi-million R&D budgets and managing cross-functional teams
- Published research in top-tier innovation journals or industry white papers
