Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap with quantitative and qualitative foresight
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ industries
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build innovation frameworks that balance risk and opportunity for 5-10 year horizons
- Partner with R&D to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to investors and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Published work or speaking engagements on future trends
