Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight roadmap using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead ideation workshops for next-gen human-AI collaboration systems and quantum-entangled computing protocols
- Architect sustainable business models for neural interface adoption and decentralized autonomous organizations
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate 2026-viable innovations including synthetic biology and climate-positive tech
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders using immersive VR/AR visualization platforms
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futurist methodologies and exponential thinking frameworks
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging tech leadership roles
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and exponential technology forecasting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services with 5+ year impact horizons
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI safety protocols, and neurotechnology ethics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent innovation discipline
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, CFCS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-viable innovation frameworks or published futurist research
