Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing breakthrough solutions using emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global R&D centers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Design and implement innovation frameworks to accelerate prototyping and market validation
- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership at global industry summits
- Oversee the Future Intelligence Lab's research initiatives and experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or ventures with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Published thought leader with speaking engagements at premier global conferences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-vision projects
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, etc.)
