Responsibilities

- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops with C-suite executives
- Author thought leadership reports on future-of-work scenarios and digital transformation
- Build proprietary trend-prediction models using machine learning and behavioral economics
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Represent company at global innovation summits as a future trends authority
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, Web3)
