Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to develop strategic innovation roadmaps for 2026+
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products/services and validate market viability
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and pilot breakthrough technologies
- Develop scenario-planning models for global market disruptions and regulatory shifts
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage an ecosystem of industry futurists, academics, and tech pioneers
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives to embed foresight thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futures research
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or social sciences with focus on future studies
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills for executive audiences
- Certification in futures research (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation frameworks
