- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align vision with organizational capabilities
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify market potential for emerging technologies through predictive modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of predicting and capitalizing on disruptive trends
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology roadmapping
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and storytelling ability
