Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks for AI, biotech, and climate convergence sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish quantitative trend analysis models using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces and sustainable systems
- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership presentations at global innovation forums
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight team of futurists and technologists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ technological and societal trends
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Strong proficiency in AI trend forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Shaping Tomorrow or WFS)
