Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, bio-convergence) and translate insights into actionable strategic frameworks
- Lead scenario planning workshops to model alternative futures for 2026-2030 horizons
- Develop innovation pipelines targeting emerging markets and untapped consumer segments
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Produce executive briefings and thought leadership content on future disruption
- Build and maintain external networks with futurists, VCs, and academic researchers
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies' impact on business models and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech) and their societal implications
