Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotechnology, quantum computing, and climate tech sectors
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market positioning and innovation pipelines
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for disruptive futures and black swan events
- Partner with product teams to embed foresight into development lifecycles
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities with data-driven narratives
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry panels
- Build cross-functional innovation ecosystems with startups, academia, and policy influencers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
