The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of technology, sociology, and economics, with a proven ability to anticipate paradigm shifts before they enter mainstream discourse.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Design scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives in tech and finance sectors
- Lead quarterly futures forecasting workshops using proprietary simulation platforms
- Develop patent-pending innovation methodologies for Fortune 500 clients
- Present trend reports at industry summits and publish thought leadership in top-tier journals
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning and pattern recognition techniques
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation business models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Published author or keynote speaker at Davos, CES, or equivalent forums
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing applications, or bio-convergence
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, or proprietary platforms)
- Track record of implementing future-proof strategies resulting in $50M+ revenue impact
- Ability to translate complex scenarios into executable business roadmaps
