Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop 5-10 year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing principles into corporate strategy
- Design and facilitate scenario planning workshops for high-stakes decision-making
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions
- Build and nurture an external network of futurists, academics, and startup founders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight or corporate innovation roles
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and change management initiatives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation publications
