Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps using horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Analyze quantum computing, bio-digital convergence, and climate tech disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing business models
- Author quarterly 'State of the Future' reports with predictive market analysis
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging AI and neuro-interface technologies
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists in applied foresight techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or Strategic Innovation
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of C-level strategic advisory experience
- Published thought leadership in futurist or tech ethics publications
- Advanced proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ future scenario projects with measurable impact
