Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to map 5-10 year industry evolution
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for market disruption and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board members through data-driven visualizations
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational adaptation metrics
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author annual Horizon Report synthesizing strategic implications for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into successful market initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP) strongly preferred
