What You'll Achieve:
• Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying paradigm-shifting technologies
• Develop 2026 innovation frameworks for autonomous systems, biotech convergence, and quantum applications
• Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-proof strategies into organizational DNA
• Spearhead cross-functional labs incubating next-gen solutions
Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) to create 2026 innovation roadmaps
- Design and lead speculative design workshops for future product ecosystems
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Author whitepapers on societal impacts of emerging technologies
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, ethicists, and futurists
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and global innovation summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (Harvard/MIT/Stanford preferred)
- Proven track record scaling innovation from concept to market impact
- MSc/PhD in Systems Theory, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience advising Fortune 100 C-suite on transformational strategy
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
