- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Produce high-impact future-state roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout next-gen technologies
- Design immersive foresight workshops for C-suite stakeholders
- Publish thought leadership on future-of-work paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, corporate foresight, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented initiatives
- Certified in scenario planning or strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling with advanced visualization tools
- Experience scaling innovation frameworks in Fortune 500 environments
