Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation sprints focused on next-gen solutions
- Produce strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-forward concepts
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers and conference speaking
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and sustainability convergence points
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFTE) preferred
