- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps with 5-year vision and 18-month execution plans
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster future-thinking culture and idea incubation
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic concepts into commercial offerings
- Present trend insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario modeling
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic adoption
- Build thought leadership through whitepapers, conference talks, and industry reports
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Future Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
