Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients in healthcare, finance, and sustainability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen products and services
- Present trend reports and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry pioneers
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical and technological shifts
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of trend analysis published in industry journals
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
