Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term business resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with disruptive market opportunities
- Author forward-looking trend reports and executive briefings on technological convergence and disruption
- Establish innovation ecosystems through strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry pioneers
- Measure and quantify future-readiness metrics across business units
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology Policy, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic narratives
- Deep understanding of global megatrends and their industry-specific impacts
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., SWOT, STEEPLE, Delphi) preferred
