You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, lead cross-functional innovation sprints, and publish proprietary trend reports that shape market direction.

You'll leverage our proprietary Horizon Scanning Platform to identify paradigm shifts before they become mainstream, then translate these insights into actionable roadmaps that drive exponential growth.
What You'll Achieve:
- Design 5-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead immersive foresight workshops with executive stakeholders
- Develop patent-pending trend analysis frameworks
- Speak at global innovation summits (Davos, CES, etc.)
- Mentor next-generation futurists in our academy program
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for market disruption potential
- Conduct scenario planning workshops for C-level executives across industriesCreate proprietary trend reports distributed to 200+ enterprise clients quarterly
- Lead innovation incubation initiatives with $5M+ annual R&D budgets
- Develop AI-powered foresight tools using machine learning algorithms
- Present strategic recommendations to boards of directors and investment committees
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and industry experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Proven track record of implementing future-back strategies
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell, SoL)
- Experience with AI/ML trend analysis tools and data visualization platforms
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
