Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing strategies and technology adoption
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global innovation hubs
- Advise executive leadership on disruptive threats and transformative opportunities in key industries
- Design and implement prototyping frameworks for future-concept validation
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes impacting long-term technology landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Strong track record of translating futuristic concepts into executable business strategies
- Experience facilitating C-level workshops and presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
