As a key architect in our innovation ecosystem, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, biotech pioneers, and AI ethicists to develop roadmaps that position us at the convergence of breakthrough technologies. You'll lead immersive foresight sessions with Fortune 500 partners, translating complex signals into actionable blueprints.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives across 15+ industries
- Produce trend reports synthesizing biotech, AI, and quantum computing intersections
- Architect innovation pipelines with 5+ year implementation horizons
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness across organizations
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation portfolio with ROI-focused allocation
- Represent NextHorizon at global tech foresight forums (Web Summit, CES)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech
- Proven track record of scaling future-focused initiatives in Fortune 500
- Deep expertise in at least 2 of: AI ethics, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi, PESTLE, STEEP)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SCF preferred)
