Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with market evolution and long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing future-proof solutions for enterprise transformation
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify paradigm-shifting developments
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with future-ready capabilities
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and scenario planning

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or foresight roles within tech/enterprise
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year innovation strategies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation, or technology forecasting
