- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI targets

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurism
- Proven track record scaling exponential technologies to market
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Executive presence with experience presenting to boards and investors
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Physics, or Innovation Management
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
