- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with data-backed narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Architect Horizon Dynamics' innovation pipeline, evaluating emerging technologies for commercial viability
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global futurist forums
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists in strategic methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven track record of translating futuristic trends into profitable business models
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) and societal impact
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
