Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for the 2026 timeframe, identifying key technological milestones and innovation opportunities that will drive market dominance.
- Disruptive Technology Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Bio-Tech) to predict future market shifts and prepare the organization accordingly.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with thought leaders, startups, and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Executive Communication: Present complex future scenarios and strategic recommendations to the C-Suite and Board of Directors in a clear, compelling manner.
- Innovation Implementation: Oversee pilot programs and R&D initiatives aimed at implementing forward-looking technologies into our core product lines.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation and forward-thinking within the product and engineering teams.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, futurism, or a senior leadership role within the tech industry.
- Tech Fluency: Deep understanding of current and upcoming technologies expected to mature by 2026 (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Web3).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of translating abstract future concepts into concrete, executable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into persuasive narratives for diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
