Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Develop and articulate a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business goals, specifically targeting advancements achievable by 2026.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) to determine their viability and integration potential.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to drive the execution of high-impact projects.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize budget and resource distribution to maximize ROI on long-term R&D initiatives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for ambitious future projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in senior technology strategy, product management, or executive consulting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully leading long-term (5+ year) strategic initiatives.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current tech trends and the ability to forecast their impact on the industry.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performance teams in a fast-paced environment.
