Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Futurism, or Technology Ethics with 5+ years strategy experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technology impacts
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to $100M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, US Innovation Act, and global tech governance frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for international stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of implemented solutions reducing carbon emissions through AI by 30%+
