Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech

- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Published research or patents in AI ethics, sustainable tech, or computational theory
