- Facilitate innovation workshops with stakeholders to co-create future-state scenarios
- Quantify ROI projections for next-gen tech investments (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Author strategic whitepapers positioning company as thought leader in future-tech domains
- Manage vendor partnerships for experimental tech pilots and prototyping
- Present technology forecasts to executive board and investors with data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends (demonstrated via published research)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate-tech
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional data modeling skills with proficiency in Python/R for trend analysis
- Experience securing $10M+ budgets for experimental technology initiatives
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent expertise)
