Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and industry stakeholders
- Manage R&D budget allocation for futuristic projects
- Drive innovation through patent development and IP strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong background in commercializing futuristic technologies
- Certification in Technology Strategy Management (TSM) or equivalent
