You'll collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering leaders to ensure our portfolio remains at the vanguard of technological advancement.
Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and assess commercial viability
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and competitive landscape
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prioritize future product concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor patent landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting innovation ecosystems
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and technology incubators
- Author annual Future Tech Outlook reports for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating to business strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Portfolio of published tech trend analyses or strategic roadmaps required
