- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with $50M+ annual innovation budget
- Establish strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and global tech consortiums
- Develop patent portfolios in emerging fields (minimum 15+ filings annually)
- Present future-tech strategies to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor next-generation technologists through InnovateX's Future Leaders Program
- Anticipate geopolitical and ethical implications of breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 10+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling technology from lab to market (>$1B valuation)
- Expertise in 3+ emerging tech domains with 2+ domain patents
- Executive presence with experience presenting to Fortune 500 boards
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Hindi for global collaboration
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM Q) and Synthetic Biology (iGEM)
