Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) to develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ innovation
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating disruptive technologies through rapid experimentation cycles
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruption and develop mitigation/adaptation strategies
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough technologies or products
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS from APF or similar preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Innovation
- Experience with agile development methodologies and rapid prototyping frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
