Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech fusion)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations and competitive threats
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investors through compelling data narratives
- Manage innovation incubation programs from ideation to pilot deployment
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive ethical technology governance frameworks for responsible innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating them into business value
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI, quantum, Web3, neurotech)
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation portfolios
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Certification in emerging technologies or strategic foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech commercialization projects
