Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic solutions with industry partners
- Present technology visions and investment proposals to executive leadership and venture capitalists
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring long-term technological ROI and adoption impact
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and startups to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership content on technological disruption and future scenarios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership within tech-forward industries
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough tech products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to business value
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies or strategic foresight
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
