Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum/AI/IoT)
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions through competitive intelligence and scenario planning
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Drive innovation labs with university partnerships (Stanford/MIT/Berkeley)
- Oversee patent portfolio development and IP strategy for 2026 tech stack
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling technology roadmaps to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Economics
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
