Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record developing future technology roadmaps (5+ year horizon)
- Expertise in AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, or emerging tech domains
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CIMP, PDMA) highly desirable
