Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with 5+ years in future-tech domains
- Proven track record of launching scalable solutions in quantum, AI, or climate tech
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis (Gartner, WEF, or similar)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Strong executive presence with board-level presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or emerging technologies
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and emerging tech frameworks (e.g., Quantum Computing)
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets and managing R&D consortia
