Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, bio-integrated systems, decentralized networks) for commercial viability
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and government agencies for policy-influencing initiatives
- Present technology blueprints to investors and board members securing $50M+ innovation budgets
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Author thought leadership publications on tech's societal impact for 2026-2030
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with proven impact on Fortune 500 roadmaps
- Mastery in futures analysis tools (horizon scanning, Delphi techniques, Monte Carlo simulations)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on quantum/AI convergence or climate-tech
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR, CHIPS Act, etc.)
- Certification in Sustainable Technology Governance (ESG Tech track)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three commercialized 2026-predicted technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
